              Bingshou He, Prof. & Dr.

              Bing-shou He was born in May 1973, he is the member of College of Marine Geo-science party committee of Ocean University of China, party branch secretary of department of Geo-exploration and Information Technology of College of Marine Geo-science, the associate director of department of Geo-exploration and Information Technology of College of Marine Geo-science, the member of Geological Society of Youth Committee of Shandong Province, director of Multi-wave Multi-component Seismic Technology Development Forum, the member of Society of Exploration Geophysicists, the faculty advisor of SEG Student Chapter in Ocean University of China. Professor He has published more than 50 theses, and been in charge of more than ten scientific and technological research projects. Meanwhile, he has been awarded second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Ministry of Education, first prize of China Coal Industry Science and Technology Award and the second prize of Chinese Geophysical Society and Technological Progress Award.

              Current Research Interests:

              lSeismic wave propagation mechanism in complex media, seismic wave prestack depth migration, multiwave and multicomponent seismic exploratioin, marine geophysical exploration technology, high-performance parallel processing technology of seismic data.

              Teaching work:

              lProfessor He is responsible for some undergraduate courses, such as 'The Parallel Algorithm and Programming' , 'Lecture on Prospecting Technology and Engineering' and 'Geophysical Well Logging'; guiding 'Applied Geophysics Teaching Practice' of undergraduate students. Meanwhile, he also teaches graduates for the courses of 'Multi-wave Seismic Exploration' and 'Theory and Application of Geophysical Methods'.
